I dropped a whole dress size and I’ve never looked or felt better – even though I only lost 0.08kg! Yep. According to the scales I lost 80g. I have been working with Christine for a few years now. When I first joined the gym, I had no idea what I really needed, but my main focus was on improving my mental health. During the COVID period, my partner and I tried other online personal training, but that didn’t work for us either.
Then I met Christine. How I met her was so random, and I’m always thankful to Josh for introducing her to me. I still remember the phone conversation I had with her, I felt so much comfort.
On my first visit, Christine was positive, patient, and very accommodating of my poor mobility and my silence (I get nervous talking to new people 🤣). After that first session, I knew she was the perfect PT for me 🥰.
Since then, Christine has been a constant motivating force in my life. Christine always welcomed me with her radiant smile and positive attitude, which has been so beneficial to my well-being—and it hasn’t changed to this day. I’ve learned so much from her.
My fitness, flexibility, mobility, and nutrition have improved greatly since that first visit. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Christine as a personal trainer to anyone—you’ll never regret working with her 🫶🏻.
